WORCESTER, NY – Ron A. Meyer, 68, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 6, 2012 at his home with his family by his side.
He was born February 5, 1944 in Troy, NY, the son of Arthur and Dorothy (Moran) Meyer.
Ron was a United States Navy veteran. He was employed at SVGL in Wilton, CT, as a machinist. Ron resided in the New Milford and Bethel, CT areas for 30 years, living out his retirement in his dream home in Worcester, NY.
He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was an avid gun smith and enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
Ron is survived by his mother, 5 children and 7 grandchildren.
Private services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catskill Area Hospice and Palliative Care, 1 Birchwood Dr., Oneonta, NY 13820.
