Sally D Ferris, 74 passed away peacefully Sunday February 28, 2022.

Sally was born in Oneonta, New York and was the daughter of the late Robert and Emma (Debloom) Wing and was predeceased by her sister Nancy Bibeau.

Sally graduated from Oneonta High School on June 28, 1965 as the first graduating class of its current location. She earned her associate's degree at the State University Agricultural and Technical College of Farmingdale NY and worked in many clerical capacities in the medical field for several years and then in the legal field until her retirement.

She is survived by her son, Shayne Ferris, and his wife Tara Ferris. As she raised Shayne, the two of them grew in their love for the Lord through life experiences and fellowship with others. She loved life and looked forward to helping others and bringing a smile to their face.

Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to the service at 1 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2022 at Main Street Baptist Church, 333 Main Street, Oneonta.  The interment will follow at Glenwood Cemetery, Oneonta.
