WEST ONEONTA – Thomas G. Brennan, 87, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013 peacefully at home.



He was born October 15, 1926 in Bronx, NY, the son of Harry & Virginia Brennan.



Tom married Olive Anderson on March 5, 1948 in Yonkers. She predeceased him June 17, 2012.



He was a United States Army Air Force veteran and obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant.



Tom worked for Pepsi Cola Co. in Mt. Vernon for many years. He moved to the Oneonta area and then worked for Spaulding Bakery and retired from Stroehmann's Bakeries.



Tom loved golfing, fishing and hunting.



He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Brennan; his son, Thomas B. and wife, Doris Brennan; granddaughter, Kim and husband, Randy Butts; great-grandchildren, Kyler and Kaden Butts; sisters, Patty and husband, Charlie Scaringella and Virginia Ostling and several nieces and nephews.



He was predeceased by his brother, Harry Brennan.





There will be no services or burial at this time.
