WORCESTER - Thomas Pleuss, 79, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown.

He was born on March 4, 1942, in Montreal, Canada, the son of Jerzy and Irma (Baranska) Pleuss.

Tom worked as a diesel mechanic and trucker for Chichester Paving, Worcester Creamery and Greene's Lumber.

He is survived by his son, Peter Pleuss; grandchildren, Corbin and Abigal; and the mother of his children, Virginia Manchester.

Tom was predeceased by his daughter, Denise; and wife, Nina.
