  • What does family owned mean?

    We have no corporate head quarters dictating to us how we are supposed to serve your family. Decisions made are based on your family's wishes. Each one of our funeral directors are willing and able to assist you the moment you ask.

  • Pre Need Laws

    DID YOU KNOW, New York State has one of the finest Pre Need Laws in the country.


    Your Pre Paid Funeral money is set up in a 100% trust, in your name, in your social security number, in trust for the funeral home upon your death. Your account is portable to another funeral home. It is 100% refundable plus all interest earned. NYS funeral homes cannot charge you a cancellation fee or keep any of your money. One exception, Irrevocable/Medicaid Agreements are only transferable not refundable. Any remaining money goes back into the Indigent Burial Fund in the county that you were an applicant or recipient of Medicaid benefits.


    Pre Need Laws in other states are different. Be sure to ask questions. It's Your Right To Know!

  • About Planning Ahead

    Pre arranging your funeral doesn't mean you have to pre pay.

    You can choose:


    * Just to let your wishes be known.

    * To make payments into your Pre Need Account.

    * To pay in full and lock in your account.

  • Accounts Are Portable

    Your pre paid burial account can be moved to another funeral home upon your desire.


    In N.Y.S., the funeral home you wish to change from can not deny your request. Can not charge you a cancellation fee. Must refund you all of your money plus the interest that has accumulated.


    Even an Irrevocable Pre Need Account is portable from funeral home to funeral home, although by law is not refundable. Any extra money at time of death goes back to the Indigent Burial Account in the county which was providing the Medicaid/SSI services.
